About

Welcome!

For over two decades Jen has provided mental health support to individuals across the life span. Jen believes that each individual she works with brings a unique story that deserves a compassionate ear and a tailored approach to increase self-awareness and balance in one's life. She brings an energy and focus to each session where she values the time the individual has made for themselves. Jen earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Miami University (Oxford), and completed her master’s degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in art psychotherapy. Jen specializes in art therapy, chemical dependency counseling, and EMDR (The Institute for Creative Mindfulness). Jen is connected to a large network or healthcare providers and is knowledgeable of community resources to support each client's needs.
